Over the Hump?
Target Handicap is back on track. Just like yours truly, our website has hit a few bumps in the road over the past few weeks as we look to make some fundamental changes. Last week we posted Peter’s week two videos on our Facebook Group while our website lay prostrate on the cyber floor much like me after starting a weights program in the gym. With a new developer on board, the website issues should be in tow, so maybe it’s time I started following Pete’s advice rather than bursting a gut doing the wrong things in the gym.
Introducing Peter O’Keefe.
Peter O’Keefe had a barnstorming 2017. He started the year winning the Mid Western Alliance, before being narrowly beaten at The Munster Strokeplay Championship by the in-form Barry Anderson. He then went on to win the Flogas Irish Amateur Open at the Number 1 golf course in the World, Royal County Down. He added the Tralee Scratch cup in late May before representing Munster at the interprovincial championship last July. Peter rounded off an incredible year as a hugely important cog on the victorious Irish Home Internationals team that recorded its record-breaking four in a row. Allied to this, Peter’s standing as a leading expert in Golf Fitness Expert has seen several leading amateurs and pros sign up for assistance in an effort to find that elusive extra swing speed.
Below are two videos from Peter. First an introduction to his video series on IGN and the second week one in the golf fitness videos. Keep an eye out for these every Wednesday for the next few weeks.
Watch out for more from Peter next week, while the Target Handicap series will also bring you advice on Golf Psychology from Niamh Flynn MBA MMEDSCI BA DHP CI.
Until again, keep her lit! Joe
